The Challenge

A mid-sized Home & Kitchen brand came to us with a familiar story. Out of their product line, only one SKU was selling consistently. On the surface, the account looked “stable,” but under the hood, there was constant tension:

  • When they tried to push sales, ACoS would skyrocket.
  • When they tried to control ACoS, sales would collapse — and not just in ads, but across the entire account, hurting organic sales too.

This frustrating “see-saw effect” had trapped them for months. No matter which lever they pulled, they couldn’t grow without bleeding profit.
